They have installed a huge concave disc in front of Rockefeller Center. Though this was taken on the other side of it.

    and no, they’ll never pick up cable or satellite or gsm or anything. Because though this country thinks it’s really technologically advanced, it’s still very much stuck in pre-perestroika USSR mode. Getting an internet connection can take up to a month and a half and over four hours on the phone with every imaginable person at Verizon (yes, you, Verizon) for no reason save they have no f***ing clue what they’re doing. But that’s another post.
